The platform

Everything you need to work a lead

From the moment of booking to the moment the bond is written — in one screen your whole office can work from.

Live booking feed

Every county polled continuously. New arrests land in your feed minutes after the jail publishes them — with a NEW marker so nothing gets missed on a busy morning.

Bond & premium, calculated

Charges are normalised per county and totalled. Florida premium is applied automatically — $100 flat at or below $1,000, 10% above it — so you see the opportunity, not just the number.

Release detection

When someone bonds out or is released, JailPulse notices — including counties that simply drop them off the roster — so you stop working a lead that's already gone.

Prior arrest history

One click shows a defendant's prior bookings across every connected county, with failure-to-appear flagged. Risk assessment before you write the bond.

No-bond & hold warnings

Holds, cash-only amounts, and no-bond charges are surfaced loudly — and flagged when the county's total disagrees with the sum of its own charges.

Outreach workflow

Assign leads, log every contact attempt and outcome, schedule follow-ups, and keep a full audit trail — with contact-hour and do-not-contact rules enforced server-side.

Addresses & contacts

Where the county publishes an address or next of kin, JailPulse captures it. Contact candidates are labelled by confidence — never presented as verified when they aren't.

Built for compliance

No robocalls, no mass texts, no automated outreach of any kind. Every contact is a deliberate action by a licensed agent, and every action is logged.

How it works

From jail roster to your screen

  1. We watch the counties

JailPulse polls each county's official public roster on its own schedule — JSON feeds, jail search systems, and booking pages — every few minutes, around the clock.

  2. Records are normalised

Every county publishes differently. Names, charges, statutes, bond types and amounts are parsed into one consistent shape, deduplicated, and checked against what we already hold.

  3. You see it immediately

New bookings appear in your live feed with charges, total bond and estimated premium. Bond changes, holds and releases arrive as events — not a silent overwrite.

  4. Your team works the lead

Assign it, call it, log the outcome, set a follow-up. Contact hours and do-not-contact rules are enforced by the system, and everything is auditable.

JailPulse only reads sources the county publishes publicly, identifies itself honestly, and respects each site's access rules. Where a county restricts automated access, we use an authorised feed or a manual roster import instead.

Questions

Straight answers

Where does the data come from?

Directly from each county sheriff's own public jail roster — the same records anyone can look up, just gathered continuously and normalised into one consistent format. We identify ourselves honestly to every source and respect each site's access rules.

How fast is 'live'?

Counties are polled every few minutes. In practice a new booking appears in JailPulse within minutes of the jail publishing it. Some counties publish bond only after first appearance, so a record can arrive before its bond is set — we show that plainly rather than guessing.

Is the bond amount guaranteed accurate?

No, and no one should claim otherwise. We show what the county publishes, flag it when a county's own total disagrees with the sum of its charges, and label bond-schedule estimates as estimates. Always verify with the jail before quoting or posting.

Can anyone sign up?

No. JailPulse is approved-access-only for licensed bail agencies, law firms and related professionals. Every account is reviewed and tied to a real organisation, because these are records about real people.

Does it call or text people automatically?

Never. There is no autodialer, no mass texting, and no unattended outreach of any kind. Every contact is initiated by a licensed human agent, and the system enforces contact-hour limits and a do-not-contact list.

Will these records be public?

Not today. A public search is planned, and when it ships it will include a removal-request process so a subject can have their photo taken out of public view — while authorised firms retain the record they're legally entitled to work from.

What if a county changes its website?

Each county has its own independent connector with health monitoring. If a source breaks or goes down, that county is flagged as degraded, the rest keep running, and your existing data stays intact while we fix the parser.

Can I get a county you don't cover?

Usually yes. Each new county is real work — inspecting the official source, mapping its fields, and testing it — but coverage is driven by what customers actually need. Ask and we'll tell you honestly what's involved.
